Received email from Miss LLL yesterday.. after waited for so long~ feeling so excited whenever I check my mails..
So, the interview session will be on this coming Thursday (2nd of April)
So nervous and excited.. but worried too.. because, I don't know much about the organization~
Will be going there with Mun Mun.. hehe.. at least I have company eh.. phew~
And the organization's name is APE Ideas..

hmmm.. so what will be our job task there?? (if we ever got it la) haha..

FYI, I'm currently taking Psychology, not Advertising, Boardcasting nor PR.. lol..

- today found out something about Utar's management.. too sensitive to be discussed here..
just don't understand why they want to do so.. and why some other people want to do that..
so funny when we were discussing about it.. 'someone' disagree with whatever we said and banned everything because she wasn't at de same track as us.. LOL.. and pissed me off a lil~ nvm~ haha... very long don't have that feeling come out edy..
- this matter doesn't really affect me so don't care much..
BUT.. If.. if la.. (MunMun worried about) If, that organization will only wants to hire ONE intern (means either one of us) and the other one will be 'dump' to Cybercare.. then I think its extremely UNFAIR!!! Not to mean that Cybercare is not good or what but what for they want to place two people there for interview and only one will get the job? They should put some other alternative ways.. sigh.. we shall know what will happen after everything.. LOL~
Today went to Sect 14 for lunch.. suddenly craving for spaghetti and pizza during the lecture class as we were discussing about cultural and people's customs~ lol so we (tanbee, vyro, nono and mun mun)head to Pizza Hut for the lunch set.. managed to get to eat both spaghetti and pizza.. haha :) We've 3 and a half hours break that time..
After lunch, went to SS2 cos tanbee wants to pay her Maxis phone bill.. Beside there's a boutique next door at 1st floor.. they've a signboard displaying pictures of dresses and nice gowns.. and.. the interesting part was.. it stated 40% off there! LOL..
So me, vyro and mun went up to see while tanbee payin for her bill and nono waiting and jaga de car..hahaa..
There's not much clothes in that shop.. perhaps just a simple one.. with some accesories, formal clothes, dresses, gowns, heels and etc..
First thing we saw was the long gown.. something like this...
hahahaha.. kua cheong hor??? lol
but its kinda brownish + goldish in colour.. with some crumpled patterns + beads in the middle.. but not sure whether de material is de same or not.. The price is RM199.00.. wow.. but with a small cardboard with 70% there.. hmmm.. asked de sales girl there said de price is before less.. so after less will be RM50++ only!!!
WAH~ very 'dai' eh.. but still thinks it is very kua cheong.. haha..
walked around and saw something else.. very cute one like the one in purple, but with additional ribbon in de waist.. colours available are white, brown and blue.. white was nice~
So Mun and I tried it on... BUT... ahhahahaah... due to our size.. LOL.. we look extremely fat in it!! hhhahaha.. sorry if we tore de dress (used to much force to put it in) muahahhaa.. JK~

Then, vyro grabbed the long one for me and asked me to try ~ hmm.. ok lor..
And.. hmmmm... I look much more slimmer than de first one.. hahahahah..
the length is just nice.. erm, but its kinda loose, cannot see my 'figure'... hahahah.. but can be adjusted cos they've ribbon to tie it behind.. and de sales girl gave me a pair of heels to try on.. and .. wah... how she know my size..? Just nice too~ and I can walk with it.. hahaha :) the colour really suits de gown.. But didn't check the price.. was to rush for it..
Tanbee came up and have a look and rushed us to go back liao.. haha..
Too rush made me so dizzy after that.. I'm not superman leh.. need some time to change mar.. hahaa.. u noe la.. I so baba nyonya style~ wahahhaha :P

Last month, I've received call from DSA (Department of Student's Affair) - Miss Ong..
she asked me whether I can work on the 21st of March @ Sunway. No pay, but provided transports and lunch. So its kinda volunteering work.
Ok, I checked my schedule, I asked my other friends.. a few of us agreed to help. Me, Ah Mon, NoNo, XiuXin, HaHa and Tan Bee..
But, end up only 4 of us went, HaHa and Tan Bee ffk-ed.. LOL :P

I reached PB at 7.55am, I only saw guards and 1 guy wearing Utar Tee, and a small Utar bus. Walked to the reception area, its not open yet.. called Ah Mon - still waiting for bus, called NoNo - still at Tiara, called XX - noboday answer @@
before Ah Mon reached, the Utar Bus left.. hmmmm...
Nobody knows what event is that, which Sunway - can be pyramid, college, or even lagoon.. I thought it will be an outdoor event as its a campaign by Dato Sri Dr Ng Yen Yen.
Got the feeling that perhaps the bus left earlier? The thing cancelled?? We're supposed to wait at PD instead of PB??? We even plan for what's our next plan if the thing really cancelled.. LOL.. watch movie~ hehehe :p
Okie, finally the bus to Sunway came, there's a few more guys and some of our coursemates.. and some very dramatic incident happened.. haahha :P
We only know that we'll be going to Sunway Resort and Spa for a Purple Ribbon launching campaign by Dato Sri Dr Ng Yen Yen (Ministry of Women, Family and Community)
Bus departed from PB to Sunway Resort at around 8.30am
Reached there, look for the venue of the event, its at the Ballroom where Utar had their Ball Nite, wow.. we get to experience what they've experienced that night.. haha
see.. looks familiar right?? haha..
When 3 of us reached up there.. there's a very huge crowd in there.. feel so lost.. saw a few people wearing purple collar tee.. and I saw Sg Long's fren - Sze Mun.. oh okay, they are all Utarians too..
registered ourselves, get changed and start work..
work?? there's nothing we can help, they've too many volunteers from sg long.. haha.. saw de another fella.. really looks familiar.. think think think.. Oooooo.. its my first choice in foundation.. hahaha.. then look around and saw another person.. think think think.. Ooooo.. its de guy who borrowed my laptop .. haha.. rain n sw's fren.. lol.. Au Yong.. then, saw de attendance list and I saw Adele's name.. hmm.. but i didn't see her wor.. suddenly someone called my name.. oh.. its her.. I met her then.. lol
Seriously, de 3 of us didn't do any work yet.. and we had their dim sum breakfast buffet at that level and then we went down to 13th floor for coffee and also some bread.. so enjoying..

Then, went up and wait again.. Wait for work to do.. but nothing.. cos everyone is in de Ballroom launching de campaign..

We promoted our Prom Night to Sg Long (thru Adele.. haha) and she promoted her Community Service Society's 22 Famine Hours activity.. exchange infos and contacts.. LOL.. so business like.. haha
at around near 12pm.. they asked us to have our lunch and explain to us what we're supposed to do after our quick lunch..
Just right before we go for our lunch.. our XiuXin jie just arrived.. haha.. so lucky~
They guided us into a room with those round tables of 10.. we've to fill up our table with 10 person then only they will serve us food.. hmmm.. why so weird wan?? what are we eating wor??

We were also asked to attend for de talk by two famous speakers and writers if I'm not mistaken.. and also host by Dr Ng.. At first I thought.. wah, die lo.. want me and vyro suffer me?? We hardly understand Mandarin wan wor.. but overall it was okay, the Mandarin was understandable.. hahaha.. except for an old lady who gave opinion, with her philosophical and deeeeeep Mandarin speaking.. NoNo and XiuXin sat so far away from us.. no one to translate for us.. sobs~ hahaaha...
The talk was about Family.. how to keep a happy and harmony family~ :) husband and wife relationship and parenting style :) interesting too~
About 4.30, the talk ended and we went out to 'work' - yeah~ seriously.. work.. haha.. to give out goodies bags, guests were required to give back the feedback forms and the sticker they got earlier when they got in. But,some aunties said they've lost their sticker and all.. hmmm.. it was all in a mess as we can't make any decision whether to give or not, I saw the CSS Pres quite stress edy.. hahaha... stress given by them.. lol...
The goodies bags weren't enough and I wanted the bag so badly too.. haha..
They even take more from the store room and it wasn't enough too.. sobs~ nvm lor..
But.. in the end before we left, we all got the goodies bags too.. and.. there are still half a room filled with the goodies bags.. hmmm..
It's a very nice bag and alot of free gifts inside.. LOL.. cannot be mentioned here.. *ahem*
Yeah~ us with de nice bags.. but not so good quality.. ahhaha
and 38-ly checking what's inside.. LOL~ really 38 lor..
even toilet also don't want to let go.. sigh~
Oh ya.. the most important thing~ I won the lucky draw~!!! wahhaha...

There are two types of illness
- illness of the body :- physical well being of the body
and
- illness of the mind
Illness of the mind here is not referring to the mental health of our mind but more to the fundamental darkness that lurks within our inner self.
Our fundamental darkness consist of three poisons:-
* greed - comparing yourself with others, envious and wanting more.
* anger - angry with your environment and filled with hatred
* stupidity/ignorance - naive and driven by blindness
I'm sure every human has experience all three as these three are connected. Greed drives us to anger and that leads us to stupidity.
For example , Miss H is jealous of her friend who had the new phone. This greed leads to anger and the questioning of "why must she have the new phone? I want one too" which in turn leads to spending money on the new phone, ignorance. In another time, Miss H would be jealous of another friend with a newer phone and the vicious cycle continues.
No human can escape from this fundamental darkness of illness. The best we can do is supress it, to control it.
* wisdom - able to think wisely out of the greedy situation
* courage - to rise above your angry life condition
* compassion - to give, to help rather than standing alone
An additional piece :- in life we cannot escape from the four sufferings
Birth, illnesss, old age and death
Everyone of us SURE have been/will go through these four stages.
Since we cannot escape from death, we might as well make the best of our life by spreading value, by choosing to stand up and fight so that we could take our final breath with no regret.

Just got the announcement on yesterday from course rep and thinking of skipping this meeting because I only have class till 11.30am.. Gotto wait for 3 1/2 hours eh.. but nvm, I spent 2 1/2 hours in completing my report.. and yup, finally, with help from Siew Mun, I've finished it! sigh~

- Will we be moved to Kampar??
- Will we be moved to PD block??
- Will we follow the system where we don't need to follow the timetable anymore??

As introduction, Dr Carmen told us that.. We will have cheaper food as the cafeteria will reduce the price (don't know real or not la), we will have better and cleaner toilets, we will have a more spacious campus block, won't have problems with parking and etc..
sounds like Kampar's life hor.. haha.. BUT... UNFORTUNATELY NOT~
lol.. yeap, I really hope to move to Kampar~
but seems that majority of the students doesn't want to..
so, the answer is..
till we graduate.. so PC will be fully used by FCI students - advertising, graphic design and boardcasting (ooo.. means I won't get to see Mr Coconut anymore.. sobs~)
But we won't be FICT students la.. still under FCI.. hehe..
Moving to PD block do have its advantages and disadvantages..
and hey~ back to Foundation life~ hehe :) two years ago.. with the fellow TA22ian - Siok Wah, Rain, Mel, Shirley, Kenny :)
better library environment and more convenient (I love PD's library compared to PH) , really more spacious campus, save money on FOOD (everyday mamak stalls-front and back, and SP corner?? I nvr try before.. haha).. No longer need to walk for a few kilometres from PC to PG to and fro everyday anymore.. (they are moving us to PD cos Utar's tenant agreement with PG has ended.. LOL.. so tak cukup classrooms for us)
But,will have more disadvantages for those staying at section 17, ss2, MC and Tiara.. haha... cos, they only left UTAR bus as their transportation.. bus 12, bus 99 and other buses.. will need to walk for quite a distant..
We, Y2S3 PY students will only move in on September, cos May will be our Industrial Attachment mer.. haha..

Now,why not after graduation or after final exams.. We haven't even go for our Industrial Attachment yet? What so rush about having a Prom Night now in the middle of nowhere???
The reasons are as follows :-
1) To enhance the relationship of ALL UTAR Psychology students. Its in the middle cos..just in case maybe some hunks fall for a chick on that night.. then at least they still have about a year to do the connection.. lol
2) To expand your network connections. You may ask your friends to join us as well.. So there, you not only will meet psycho people.. oppps.. i mean people from psychology~ hahaha.. (my frens will kill me .. )
